安装 Xammp 时启动 MySql 服务时出错

我已经安装了 Apache 并在端口 80 启动了 Apache 服务。但是启动 Apache 服务后，MySql 服务没有启动并给我这个错误：

停止你的其他 mysql 服务

或者

打开C:\xampp\mysql\bin\my.ini然后更改端口
