至于你的问题,它实际上不是一个问题,而是两个混合的问题:缓冲和协商.您需要缓冲,因为TCP是一种流协议,接收呼叫可能只接收telnet消息的一部分,而发送呼叫可能只发送一部分telnet消息.第二个问题是协商,你需要一个所谓的状态机.每个选项需要一个状态.

对于选项协商,WILL并且WONT由响应DODONT.你通常不应该发送DODONT除非你已经收到WILLWONT.首先,在您实施正确的选项处理之前,我建议您DONT在收到WILL(和/或课程WONT)消息时始终回答.不要发送WILLWONT除非你真的需要谈判一个选项.
