Spring Boot的application.properties值没有填充

用户“geoand”在这里指出原因并给出解决方案是正确的。但是更好的方法是将您的配置封装到一个单独的类中，比如 SystemContiguration java 类，然后将该类注入到您想要使用这些字段的任何服务中。

您当前将配置值直接读取到服务中的方式 (@grahamrb) 容易出错，如果更改配置设置名称，则会导致重构问题。

这个答案可能适用也可能不适用于您的情况......一旦我有类似的症状，我多次仔细检查我的代码，一切看起来都很好，但设置@Value仍然没有生效。然后在使用File > Invalidate Cache / Restart我的IntelliJ（我的 IDE）之后，问题就消失了......
