我和Django 1.7rc2有同样的例外.解决方案是在我的程序开头添加这些行:

django.setup()

我们收到了这个错误。我们的项目从 Django 1.4 开始，然后是 1.5，然后是 1.7。我们的 wsgi.py 看起来像这样：
