以下是我通过将数据传输到数组然后将数组打印到工作表所做的几项测试的结果.这比任何复制/粘贴以及任何类型的.Delete方法都要高效得多,尤其是在循环中调用时.

这些都在大约ONE SECOND中执行,并且"删除"了每个35000+行.
