是.Spark sc.hadoopRDD将使用报告的分区创建一个RDD InputFormat.getSplits.

hadoopRDD调用的最后一个参数minPartitions(numOfSplits在您的代码中)将用作提示InputFormat.getSplits.但getSplits无论是否更大或更小,返回的数字都将受到尊重.
