在方法组 (4,6) 的测试中,C# 编译器不会缓存委托 (Func) 对象。它每次都会创造新的。在 7 和 5 中,它将 Action 对象缓存到调用您的方法的生成方法。因此,从方法组创建 Func 非常慢(因为堆分配),但调用速度很快,因为操作直接指向方法。从 lambda 创建操作的速度很快,因为 Func 已被缓存,但它指向生成的方法,因此存在一个不必要的方法调用。
请注意,并非所有 lambda 表达式都可以被缓存(闭包破坏了此逻辑)
我没有深入研究您的代码,但第一步是将其切换为使用 StopWatch 类而不是 DateTime.Now 等。
