我的64位Windows上有同样的问题.通过安装Microsoft Visual C++ Compiler for Python 2.7解决了该问题,Microsoft将其描述为:

您需要下载并安装vcsetup.exe(Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition)文件

然后将新创建的vcvarsall.bat文件路径添加到“PATH”环境变量中。
