• 确保IIS配置为使用Windows Process Activation Service(WAS):

  6. 展开Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0(or 3.5)节点并检查 Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation feature.

• 确保Net.Pipe侦听器适配器服务正在运行:
