虽然您的 IE11 运行在 64 位 Windows 中，但默认 IE 实例是 32 位版本。需要启用增强保护模式，IE11才能运行在64位模式下。

另一个技巧是，对于 32 位 IE，您必须注册 32 位扩展，对于 64 位，反之亦然。我的建议如下：

确保您的 IE11 模式是 32 位或 64 位
仅注册 32 位或 64 位扩展，如果两者都注册，则扩展也无法工作。您必须仔细检查注册表以删除不需要的项
