Pycharm没有使用nosetests配置文件

当python的解释器执行时,PyCharm不会从nose配置文件加载任何设置.如何启用PyCharm来使用配置文件？我也想了解原因.

这是非常重要的设置来从配置文件中,并不仅PARAMS我PyCharm的实例.我提供的设置只有3个文件,但我最终将使用答案来协作共享测试设置.
