只有一个服务实例。根据文件

多次调用 Context.startService() 确实会导致多次相应调用 onStartCommand()), 但只能存在一个服务实例。

在 startService() 上,Android 系统调用服务的 onStartCommand() 方法。如果服务尚未运行,系统首先调用 onCreate(),然后调用 onStartCommand()。
