确保您的项目以.net 4.5为目标,所有引用都是有效的,并且Web AspNet.WebPages.*位于bin(Release/Debug)文件夹中.

您还可以尝试在程序包管理器控制台中使用此命令重新安装Microsoft.AspNet.WebPages nuget软件包
