您的服务没有明确的端点(意味着在配置文件中定义了一个端点),因此未使用您声明的绑定配置("BasicHttpBinding_IService").WCF提供默认端点以及默认绑定(basicHttpBinding除非您protocolMapping在配置文件的部分中覆盖它).

您有两种方法可以在服务的配置文件中解决此问题:

您可以通过删除name属性使"BasicHttpBinding_IService"配置成为默认配置:
