dispatch_async(dispatch_get_main_queue(), ^{
  [mapView addOverlay:myRouteLine];
});

或者如果你想使用新的MKOverlayRenderer:

dispatch_async(dispatch_get_main_queue(), ^{
  [mapView addOverlay:myRouteLine level:MKOverlayLevelAboveRoads];
});
