我花了一段时间才找到这个问题。问题是我的测试项目隐式引用了另一个项目中的类，而该类在我的测试项目中未明确引用。当我将引用（添加到隐式引用的项目）添加到测试项目中并进行重建后，测试再次开始在“测试资源管理器”中填充。@wal发布的链接是使我朝这个方向思考的提示。从帖子中看来，这是Visual Studio / Rhino Mocks的问题。
