因此，经过大量研究，我发现我使用的图像加载库(aquery)具有 ie 方法getCachedImage(String url)，getCachedFile(String url)该方法在线程上不起作用，并且null如果文件尚未缓存到任何存储（sdcard、缓存目录）中则返回。
