其他线程调用this._workers.RemoveFirst();。该语句周围没有任何lock()内容,因此它已完成,现在列表为空。AddLast()now 应该调用,InternalInsertNodeToEmptyList(node);但不能调用,因为条件已经被评估。

放置一个简单的lock(this._tasks)单行this._workers.AddLast()应该可以防止这种情况。
