UIGraphicsBeginPDFContextToFile()仅在创建第二页时不应再次呼叫UIGraphicsBeginPDFPageWithInfo():

UIGraphicsBeginPDFContextToFile(...); 
UIGraphicsBeginPDFPageWithInfo(...); // start first page
// ...
UIGraphicsBeginPDFPageWithInfo(...); // start second page
// ...
UIGraphicsEndPDFContext();
