我对Nginx不是很熟悉,但我确实认为你的重写正则不正确.

尝试改变

rewrite ^/(.*)$ /index.php?/$1 last;

至:

rewrite ^/(.*)$ /index.php/$1 last;

要么:

rewrite ^.*$ /index.php last;
