permissionSetShell.setText(PropertyClass.getPropertyLabel(QTLConstants.PERMISSION_SET_COLUMN_LABEL));

int y = bounds.y + (bounds.height - rect.height)/2;              
permissionSetShell.setLocation (x, y);

但是因为子shell意味着这个shell没有放在SWT向导的中心,那就是父shell为什么？
