"sudo pod install"出错

我想在一个旧项目上添加一个Podfile,但是我收到了这个错误 sudo pod install

错误:

从命令行运行 rm -rf ~/.cocoapods

然后又跑pod install了.你不应该需要sudo.

这看起来像是因为规范发生了变化,而且与运行规则相冲突 git pull
