出于兼容性原因,使用boost::lockfree::queueboost::lockfree::stack共享内存限制为65535个元素.如果你有一个单一生产者,单一消费者用例,你可能想要使用boost::lockfree::spsc_queue.但是这也不是动态大小的.

原因是限制是32位兼容性.对于64位平台,可以调整boost.lockfree代码以使用32位而不是16位索引.但它需要一些非平凡的变化才能正确实现.
