PHPMailer不发送CC或BCC

Question

我已经测试了以下代码几个小时了.电子邮件将发送到通过$mail->AddAddress()收到的电子邮件添加的地址,其中列出了cc,但该人员未收到该电子邮件.我到处寻找,无法找到解决方案的原因.我已经运行了测试,并且正确地将所有变量提交给此代码.
