如何允许标准用户在本地访问windows服务器

我们已经设置了第一个 Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials 版本。我们的办公室很小，有时其他用户可能会将服务器用作工作站。默认情况下，只有管理帐户可以直接/本地登录到 2012 R2 中的服务器。如何允许标准用户直接访问服务器（或通过 LAN RDP）？

1. 不要将服务器用作工作站。

2. 通过本地安全策略或组策略相应地修改Allow logon locally和/或Allow logon through Remote Desktop Services用户权限分配。
