您要么需要固定主机的时间，要么需要关闭与 VM 的时间同步。

要禁用时间同步，需要将这些设置添加到.vmx，或通过虚拟机编辑设置中的 vSphere 客户端；选项选项卡 -> 常规 -> 配置参数。
