我们正在 IIS（端口 80,443）和 Apache（8080,8090）中运行几个网站，它们都在同一台 Windows Server 2003 SP2 机器上。我们已经运行这个配置几年了。

在 IIS 中运行的 Web 应用程序有时会在响应客户端之前连接到 Apache（在同一服务器上）中运行的应用程序。有时，应用程序将连接到在另一台服务器上运行的数据库服务器，有时它们也会连接到另一台服务器上的 Windows 文件共享。

在上述所有三个场景中，我们都会让应用程序偶尔报告以下错误之一：

无法从传输连接读取数据：已建立的连接被主机中的软件中止。
基础连接已关闭：接收时发生意外错误。

此外，我们注意到在出现问题时登录服务器时，尝试向http://localhost/etc、http://127.0.0.1/etc、http://192.168.xxx发出请求.xxx/etc（本地 IP）都会给出“连接已重置”错误消息（Firefox）。IIS 和 Apache Web 请求均失败。我们能够从不同的机器（使用 IP 地址或主机名）连接到服务器，我们可以从服务器连接到外部站点，并且在这段时间内对自身执行 ping 操作不会掉线。

该问题会在随机的一段时间内神奇地自行纠正。有时我们可以超过 24 小时没有问题，有时只需 20-30 分钟。当问题发生时，它可以持续几秒到几分钟（通常不超过 10-15）。

当我们从该服务器遇到它时，我们也没有遇到从其他服务器连接到数据库服务器或文件共享服务器的问题。
