看起来您的 PostgreSQL 服务器已配置为侦听端口 5433，而不是默认的 5432。您的 Postgres 客户端应用程序采用默认设置，因此找不到套接字。PGPORT在运行应用程序之前尝试将环境变量设置为 5433。例如：

PGPORT=5433 ./osm2pgsql/osm2pgsql -m -d gis -U rory ../data.osm.bz2
