看起来您的/usr/sbin/sshd二进制文件已被覆盖。
这可能意味着您遇到了安全漏洞，或者可能有人只是在本地编译了一个版本而 Ubuntu 版本被覆盖了。
1:4.7p1-8ubuntu1.2openssh-server的(x86) 版本肯定与 libpam 相关联。可以想象，pam 支持被排除在 64 位版本之外，但这似乎不太可能。
我会尝试重新安装 openssh-server：
