`apt-get update` 找不到 Ubuntu 服务器

sudo apt-get update在我的服务器（有互联网连接）上运行失败。服务器是否暂时损坏，或者我的 APT 配置错误并使用旧服务器？简而言之，我该如何解决这个问题？
