我一直看到对名为Editable Menu Acceleratorsor的配置选项的引用Editable Menu Shortcut Keys。
这正是我所需要的，但我读过的关于如何找到该功能的所有说明都将我引向了死胡同。

我正在运行 Ubuntu 10.4，并检查了它的帮助文件Desktop User Guide。
在部分8.2.1.4.?Interface Preferences它说：

"...the Interface tabbed section in the Appearance preference tool  
    to customize the appearance of menus, menubars, and toolbars  
    for applications that are part of GNOME."

这个Interface选项卡在 Ubuntu 10.4 中不存在（......好吧，谁移动了它？！..我在哪里？）
这个功能仍然可用吗？
我认为它确实存在，并且现在可以通过其他方式访问......但是如何？

PS：澄清......我想修改特定应用程序的菜单项加速器（不是系统范围的热键）
