E: The repository no longer has a Release file

似乎您artful的/etc/apt/sources.list文件上有(Ubuntu 17.10) 存储库，因为它已达到 EOL（生命周期结束）——因此该存储库不再可用。

要解决此问题，您需要删除或评论存储库，无论哪种方式都可以完成工作。

/etc/apt/sources.list使用超级用户权限打开。

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

寻找这条线。

评论/删除它，如果你评论它，该行看起来像这样。

显然 OP 在包源列表中有一些未知源，apt无法识别它，因此出现上述错误。

与之前的过程相同，需要删除无法识别的来源。

your-repo-name.list有问题的独立源列表在哪里。

再试sudo apt update一次，它现在不应该产生任何错误。
