升级至 19.04 - 打开活动菜单时系统冻结

刚刚完成升级到 19.04 并且几乎一切正常。

如果我使用 Windows/Super 键打开活动菜单，系统将无法使用。我可以交换窗口，但根本无法与它们交互。如果我按退出，搜索框会停留在桌面上。

这是由 gnome 扩展工作区网格引起的。删除了扩展并解决了问题。查看系统日志时看到如下消息：
