GitHub 站点未在 Ubuntu 18.10 上的 Chrome 和 Chromium 上加载

 This site can’t be reached github.com took too long to respond.
 Try:
 Checking the connection
 Checking the proxy and the firewall
 ERR_TIMED_OUT

我试过的修复

1. 改用铬
2. 从 snap 安装 Chrome
3. 从 Ubuntu 存储库安装

但它不是固定的。

其他注意事项：

1. GitHub 适用于 Firefox 和 cURL
2. 在同一网络上，GitHub 页面可在 Android Chrome 上运行。
3. 同样在 Ubuntu 18.04 上，我也遇到了这个问题。
