我通过以下方式解决了这个问题：

1. 以具有读/写访问权限的恢复模式启动
2. 以 root 身份进入 shell
3. sudo apt-get remove lightdm（现在默认为 gdm3）
4. 启动网络： sudo service network-manager restart
5. sudo apt 升级
6. 重启

对我来说这有效。如果我不删除 lightdm，它甚至可能会起作用。
