apt-get 403 禁止

这个错误是服务器造成的，完全不是你的错。可能是因为该存储库离线进行维护。

但是，您应该稍后再试或/并且我建议恢复到其他国家/地区的服务器而不是主archive.ubuntu.com，后者受到限制并且无法体验全速。
